Robotics Club


Robotics is the branch of technology that deals with the design, construction, operation, structure disposition, manufacture and their application. The Robotics club of CIT Kokrajhar began in August 2016 by three students from the department of ECE, working in their labs to build their robots. It has now come a long way of its development after its official launch in 15th August 2017, the club is now managed by core team members under the guidance of highly dedicated faculty in-charges and has more than 100 student members from all departments working together in a dedicated workspace provided by the Institute.

Timeline


A Hackathon was organized by the Robotics Club in the Technical fest of CITK (Techcracy'21). Students were given with problem statements from different fields and their bac-sic problem solving skills werw put to a test.

A workshop on Robotics was organized by Robotics Club, in association with Ray Robotics, wherein various introduction and hands-on experience was held with regard to Robotics and its future scope.

Introductory programme of Robotics Club so as to know the in and abouts of the club for the new members.

Gauhati University in association with Robotics Club CIT Kokrajhar presents ROBOWAR in the event of Supernerds. The objective of this contest is to build a robot whose task is to damage its opponent robot to gain points.
